We are looking for Dimsum Chef
As a Dimsum Chef we rely on you to:
- Ensures that food quality and standards are maintained at all times when preparing for restaurant and banquet functions
- To maintain high standard of all food preparation and hygiene in Chinese Kitchen & Banquet
- Develop new product & trends
- Ensuring Guest delight & able to mingling with guest
- To ensure consistency in the food quality, taste and presentation
- Consistently prepare culinary items according to established recipes and demonstrate thorough knowledge of food preparation, presentation and service techniques
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen and prep areas, strict adherence to Food Safe, HACCP programs and professional grooming/personal hygiene standards
- Ensure compliance to all hotel policies, standards and core practices.
We are looking for someone who :
- Has at least 3 years experience in similar capacity or an International chain Hotel
- Physically fit, neat and well-groomed
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa
- Creativity with new products & update in global trends, Eye attention to details
- Strong Interpersonal skills & self motivated
- Pleasant personality, integrity & positive attitude
- Able to work under pressure & willing to work flexible hours
- Good team work, work ethics & integrity
- Preferably has knowledge of Integrated Management System (ISO 14001:2004-Environmental Management System, OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 22000:2005 - Food Safety Management System)
