SEO & Google Ads Specialist

Harcourts Purba Bali is looking for a driven SEO & Google Ads Specialist to join our in-house marketing team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about increasing website visibility, ranking on Google, and managing paid ad campaigns that bring real estate leads.

Youll play a key role in strengthening both our organic and paid search performance, directly contributing to lead generation for our premium property listings.

Key Responsibilities:

● Execute SEO strategies (technical, on-page, keyword optimization, content alignment).

● Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, basic retargeting).

● Conduct regular keyword research for both SEO and ads.

● Monitor and improve search rankings, CPC, traffi c, and conversion rates.

● Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush.

● Collaborate with the content and web teams to implement best practices.

● Track and report weekly on SEO health and Google Ads ROI.

Requirements:

● Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO and Google Ads.

● Strong understanding of Google Ads Manager, keyword strategy, and search performance metrics.

● Familiar with WordPress, on-page SEO, and basic technical SEO audits.

● Able to work independently, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.

● Good command of written and spoken English.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

● Experience in the real estate or property marketing industry.

● Knowledge of basic UX or CRO best practices.

● Understanding of Balis property market trends.
