Junior Chef

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Junior Chef to support our kitchen team in daily food preparation and operations. The ideal candidate will assist senior chefs, maintain hygiene standards, and learn cooking techniques with the aim of growing within the team.

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items under the supervision of senior chefs.

• Ensure all ingredients are prepared and stocked before service begins.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, equipment, and food storage areas.

• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.

• Support in receiving, unpacking, and storing deliveries properly.

• Label and date all food items to ensure proper rotation (FIFO).

• Learn and execute basic cooking techniques and recipes.

• Assist in plating and presentation of dishes according to standards.

• Report any kitchen maintenance or equipment issues to the supervisor.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior
