SEO Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular technical SEO audits using tools like ScreamingFrog, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.

• Perform keyword research independently and by analyzing competitors, not solely relying on tools.

• Optimize website architecture, HTAccess configurations, redirections, and directory structures.

• Handle SEO-related malware issues, spam redirects, and indexing problems.

• Review and edit articles to ensure they meet SEO best practices before publishing.

• Manage and optimize websites using WordPress and Elementor page builder.

• Analyze competitor keywords, content strategies, website structure, and traffic sources.

• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to outperform competitors in rankings and content.

• Set up and manage Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console for tracking and performance analysis.

• Generate and deliver comprehensive SEO and advertising performance reports with actionable insights.

• Support the Partnership team by providing strategic SEO input and communication for joint campaigns.

• Have a solid understanding of Google Ads to align organic and paid strategies when needed.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in SEO, particularly in technical SEO.

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for technical site optimization.

• Skilled in tools such as ScreamingFrog, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager.

• Experience handling malware and redirect issues from an SEO perspective.

• Strong independent research skills — able to identify keywords and opportunities without over-reliance on tools.

• Comfortable working with Elementor and WordPress.

• Ability to analyze competitors performance, strategy, and content approach.

• Excellent communication skills, especially when explaining data and strategies to non-technical teams.

• Understanding of Google Ads and how to integrate SEO and paid search strategies.

• Ability to pull data and translate it into clear, actionable SEO reports and recommendations.
