Site Construction Manager

Client Details: Multinational General Contractor Company

Job Description:

• Monitor and report on key project aspects including schedule, budget, shop drawings, and other deliverables.

• Track and control overall project progress.

• Contribute to achieving project performance objectives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships to effectively address and fulfill owner/client requests.

• Supervise and manage construction activities, leading the engagement team to ensure quality, budget, and timeline requirements are met.

• Maintain regular communication with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure services align with customer expectations.

• Conduct regular reviews and analysis of project expenditures to support cost-effective service delivery.

• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations within the project scope.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Site Manager/Construction Manager in civil construction projects (factory/warehouse/building).

• Fluent in English

• Willing to travel regularly to the business sites

• Maximum age: 45 years old.

• Strong decision-making skills and proven ability to lead as a Site Manager.

• Prior experience working in a Japanese company is preferred.

• Proficient in using AutoCAD and project management systems.

• Excellent time management, leadership, and communication skills.
