PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently looking for a Recruitment / Talent Sourcing Intern.Join our team as a Talent Sourcing Intern and gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of recruitment within a fast-paced environment. The role will focus on identifying and engaging top talent through various channels. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating with our team of Recruitment Consultants.

Job Description

• Sourcing potential candidates based on the clients requirements from existing sources to fulfil the clients job order. 

• Receiving and reviewing applications.

• Screening potential candidates through a phone interview to match the clients requirements. 

• Arranging selected candidates for having interview sessions with Recruitment Consultants/clients.

• Supporting Recruitment Consultants to create candidate summaries and input job orders to ATS system.

Job Qualifications:

• A fresh graduates of Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Linguistics/Languages, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Marketing or equivalent with distinct achievements are welcome to apply.

• Fluent and confident in communicating in English is mandatory, Mandarin speaker is valuable.

• Passionate in recruitment or have knowledges and/or early experiences in the recruitment or customer management are preferred. Actively participate in organizations with proven contribution for fresh graduate are expected. 

• Ability to prioritize tasks, passionate to develop skills and has good sense of time management are required.
