About the role

We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing (Intern) to join our dynamic team at PT. INFINITI ENERGI INDONESIA. As an integral part of our Digital & Search Marketing division, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. This is a casual role based in our South Tangerang Banten office, offering you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the fast-paced world of digital marketing.

What youll be doing

  • Developing and executing social media content strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Creating visually appealing and on-brand content to capture the attention of our target audience
  • Monitoring social media performance and adjusting strategies accordingly to maximise engagement and reach
  • Collaborating with the broader marketing team to align social media initiatives with wider campaign objectives
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our approach remains innovative and effective
  • Providing regular reporting and insights to the marketing leadership team

    • What were looking for

  • A passion for social media and digital marketing, with a keen eye for content creation and design
  • Strong analytical skills to track and interpret social media performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the marketing team
  • Familiarity with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Canva, or Buffer
  • Studying a relevant degree, such as Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving and task management
