• Lead and supervise routine physical inventory counts at factory, stores, and warehouse including raw materials, DJ & LS, all forms, work-in-progress (WIP), and MDSV.

• Ensure cash counts (cash opname) are conducted according to company operational standards for cash verification.

• Oversee and verify system records against physical inventory, identifying any discrepancies.

• Review and ensure all items counted during stock opname are accurately and completely documented.

• Prepare and manage the stock opname schedule regularly to maintain continuity of the process.

• Organize and optimize resources required for smooth stock opname execution.

• Compile and review stock opname reports from all stores before submission to relevant users (BM, SM, AM, OM, HOP).

• Analyze findings from stock opname and coordinate follow-up actions to close inventory gaps.

• Draft official reports when shortages or losses are found that could harm the company, recommending corrective measures.

• Coach and guide the team to implement stock opname procedures efficiently and effectively.

• Collaborate with related departments to improve inventory control systems and procedures, enhancing data accuracy.

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in inventory control, stock opname, or related supervisory roles.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.

• Good communication and coordination skills across multiple departments.

• Able to work on-site regularly at factory, store, and warehouse locations.

• Proficient with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
