Social Media Specialist (can join ASAP)

• Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging, on-brand content for all social media platforms.
• Social Media Management: Manage and maintain social media accounts, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
• Engagement: Respond to audience comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Strategy Development: Work with the marketing team to develop, implement, and monitor social media campaigns that align with overall marketing goals.
• Community Building: Grow and maintain an active online community by engaging with followers and encouraging user-generated content.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor, track, and report on social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Campaign Analysis: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brands content fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging across all social media channels.
• Handling administratif task & petty cash report
• End to end content production
• Create company event
• Vendor relation for marcomm (if needed)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role min 2 years
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• Proficiency in social media management tools
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and use data to inform strategies
• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to generate engaging content
• Strong understanding of brand voice and consistency
