Job Description:

• Creating creative content for Social Media platforms
• Developing a content plan based on current trends
• Crafting engaging captions for content and social media campaigns/activities
• Communicating with followers, responding to comments and messages, and addressing complaints, questions, and issues
• Contributing ideas, planning communication strategies, and executing activities for marketing campaigns
• Utilizing social media analytical tools and generating social media performance reports
• Posting and scheduling content across social media accounts
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports
• Monitoring social media trends and audience engagement to optimize content strategy

Job Requirements:

• Maximum 27
• Senior high school graduates can apply with proven experience in successfully managing social media campaigns and projects
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Communications, or Journalism
• Experience in handling social media accounts for news platforms or local information media (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, etc.) is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills
• Understanding of SEO and SEM is a plus
• Creativity in generating fresh ideas and content tailored for social media platforms
• Familiarity with social media insights and analytics tools
• Deep understanding of social media community guidelines and compliance regulations
