HIRING Spice Production Section Head

Role Description1. Production SPK planning & coordination of production preparations internally or across departments2. Supervision of production operations (Powder, Oil) to achieve targets (Quality, Efficiency and Time)3. Control of material transactions, SFG (WIP) and finished products4. Training-coaching subordinates5. Review and reporting production progress

Qualifications1. Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or a related field2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in food production, with a focus on Spice production3. Experience using production quality management systems and standards (OEE, Food Safety, 5S, K3, etc.)4. Experience to arrange Maintenance Program & Project Improvement to saving cost5. Leadership and supervisory experience6. Experience in implementing and improving production processes and procedures7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills8. Good communication and interpersonal skills9. Ability to work well in a team environment10. Excellent organizational and time management skills11.
