Qualification

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development or a related field.

• High initiative and responsibility in managing existing stores, including troubleshooting and lease renewals.
• Resilient and reliable individual, committed to achieving company goals.
• Proficient in spreadsheet tools and presentation software.

Job Description= Collaborate with the operations team to ensure excellent store operations, including resolving issues such as leaks, electrical outages, or visibility obstructions.

• Lead lease renewal negotiations for existing stores in alignment with the companys budget.
• Proactively communicate and coordinate with landlords to prevent or resolve issues that may negatively impact the stores.
• Maintain accurate and organized administration for stores undergoing relocation or renovation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords to support company needs.
• Communicate effectively with the operations team to identify problems and deliver appropriate solutions.
