Sr. Finance, Accounting & Tax Officer

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelors degree in accounting/finance/tax or related major

• At least 4-6 years of experience in taxation/accounting at finance and accounting consulting companies

• Strong understanding of regional tax laws and regulations (VAT, withholding tax, corporate tax, and final tax), and having tax certification (Brevet A & B) preferred

• Proven track record of managing tax audits and resolving tax issues.

• Experience in a tax consultant firm or corporate tax is advantageous.

• Proficiency in data analysis, Microsoft Office, preparing financial reports, and dealing with Business taxes is necessary.

• Have good analytical thinking, quality focus, and high accuracy.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Tasks & responsibilities

Finance, Accounting & Tax

• Conduct a thorough review of WHT tax reconciliation between expense and WHT payable versus WHT objects to maintain compliance and accuracy.

• Supervise to ensure timely and accurate monthly tax reporting to the tax office, maintaining compliance with regulations.

• Ensure timely filing of all tax returns and payments.

• Maintain accurate tax records and documentation for all transactions.

• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, also assess the impact on the company.

• Support the preparation of tax provisions and disclosures for financial statements.

• Prepare comprehensive monthly financial statements with accuracy and timeliness.

• Prepare annual corporate tax reports and supporting documents to ensure completeness and compliance.
