Staff Export Import

Job Opening: Staff Export ImportOur company, an export-import firm based in Jakarta, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of export-import staff. We are looking for someone who can assist us in communicating with customers and supporting our daily operational activities.

Qualifications:- Candidates with at least a bachelors degree (S1) will be given preference- No prior work experience required, but must have a strong willingness to learn- Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment

Responsibilities:- Assist in communicating with customers via phone, email, and other media- Assist in managing documents related to export-import activities- Support daily operational activities and coordinate with other teams as needed- Help identify and resolve issues related to export-import activities
