Social Media (Video & Photographer) Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and create engaging visual content, including graphics, photos, and videos.

• Manage and optimize the use of the companys social media accounts, including scheduling content, monitoring conversations, responding to comments, and directing audience needs to the marketing team.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with related teams in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines, and paying attention.

• Understand the latest social media trends and tools and implement innovative strategies to increase audience engagement.

• Involved in the process of covering video content/advertising materials as required by the company.

• Able to manage the companys social media account ads effectively and wisely.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in design, public relation or any related major

• Experience as a Social Media Specialist (Photo Video) in a company or agency.

• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

• A recent portfolio is required.

• Understanding of trends and active use of social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and the ad features of each platform).

• Able to use editing applications (Capcut, VN, Canva, or others) and image/video capture applications.

• Accustomed to creating updated, creative content/advertising materials, open to criticism and suggestions.

• Able to work collaboratively in a team and take the initiative to produce innovative content.

• Placement in Penjaringan, North Jakarta.
