Community Admin
Key Responsibilities :- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages promptly, and foster community interactions- Build, grow, and nurture online communities, encouraging discussion and creating a positive environment- Monitor community sentiment and escalate any issues or feedback to internal teams- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports- Stay up-to-date with platform updates, community management trends, and best practices
Requirements :
1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred2. Proven work experience as a Social Media / Digital Media Administrator or similar role3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills5. Basic knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
