Stock Control Specialist (Offline)

Responsibilities:

1. Operate Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP System in accordance with the operating procedures.

2. Provide reports on stock and inventory data on a regular basis.

3. Supervise the movement and accuracy of stock.

4. Analyzing the causes and looking for solutions for stock differences.

5. Make monthly forecasts and perform forecast evaluations.

6. Monitoring stock transfer, preventing overstocking and out-of-stock.

7. Conduct regular stock-opname, cycle count - executing, monitoring, reporting.

8. Liaise between management and warehouse staffs.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree majoring in any major, especially engineering.

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in daily warehouse and logistics operations in health, beauty, FMCG, or other related industries.

• Proficient in standard Warehouse Software (WMS and ERP system), OMS, PDT and Excel

• Good with numbers & orientation to detail

• Proactive and effective communicator in both verbal and written in Bahasa Indonesia, English is a plus.
