Store Management Trainee

We are looking for a Store Management Trainee to join our retail operations team. This is a hands-on role suitable for fresh graduates or junior professionals who want to grow their experience in retail store operations and customer service.

You will assist customers in-store, help with the inspection of secondhand mobile phones, and support after-sales service and occasional door-to-door pickups. The role will also involve participating in training to deepen your product and service knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in understanding our services and trade-in process
• Perform quality checks on mobile phones using provided tools
• Handle customer inquiries before and after transactions
• Conduct door-to-door pickup service when scheduled
• Maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times
• Attend product and operations training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelors degree (S1) from any major
• Fresh graduates or up to 3 years of work experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable and well-groomed appearance
• Conversational English is required (interview will be conducted with an expat)
• Willing to work on public holidays if scheduled
