Requirement

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any Engineering field.
• Strong interest in supply chain management and manufacturing operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Basic understanding of inventory management concepts
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to work in a team environment

• Eager to learn and take on new challenges

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting and analyzing procurement data for raw materials, consumables, and spare parts

• Support the tracking of inventory levels and help prepare inventory reports

• Learn about and help implement vendor qualification and evaluation processes

• Participate in Purchase Committee meetings and help prepare documentation

• Assist in monitoring delivery schedules and coordinating with suppliers

• Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the supply chain department

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the supply chain function

• Support the preparation of materials for warehouse audits and inspections

• Assist with data entry and maintenance in the ERP system

• Learn about sustainable procurement practices and help implement them
