Supply Chain Leader

Were looking for a dedicated and hands-on Supply Chain Leader to join our growing operations team at Gong cha Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:1. Oversee daily distribution operations from warehouse to all store locations2. Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient inventory and logistics management3. Monitor and execute import processes including documentation and SKI4. Supervise and evaluate the performance of supply chain team members5. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless SC operations6. Manage budgeting and forecasting for inventory and logistics needs7. Ensure full compliance with internal SOP and government regulations

Requirements:1. Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from a relevant field2. Minimum 3-5 years experience in a lead or functional role within supply chain/logistics3. Strong skills in supply chain management, logistics, budgeting, and forecasting4. Experience in import administration and documentation5. Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills6. Possess valid SIM A & SIM C (Indonesia)7. Specific candidates are preferred due to operational mobility needs8. Able to join as soon as possible
