Job Description

As Tax and Finance Officer for PT ESC Environment Indonesia (ESC), you will support finance and tax related activities. The role requires you to be familiar with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to details collaborative attitude, able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and proficient in oral and written communication skills in English.

Job Responsibilities

• Tax:

• Support day - to day tax activities
• Responsible for calculation and preparation of Faktur Pajak
• Support Senior Finance Specialist to prepare tax reporting and other reports to ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements.

• Finance and Accounts:

• Responsible to liaise with Project Managers for invoice preparation, invoice checking
• Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure that invoices are compliant with clients requirements, submitted within clients timeframes
• Responsible to liaise with Project Managers to follow up Account Receivables
• Reconcile expenses and review of expenses
• Check invoices received from vendors and upload to finance folder
• Any other admin, finance related tasks as required by supervisor

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
• At least 2 years of experience in tax reporting, preparation of Faktur Pajak, tax administration and tax reconciliations
• Understand about tax regulations
• Tax Brevet A/B certification
• Strong communication skills including fluent in English
• Attention to Details
