TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

Description

  • We are looking for a qualified Technical Support Engineer to join our Sales Team and help us to achieve our goals. Highly skilled individual is required with the :

Following qualifications :

  • Knowledge of Engineering Technical  Piping & Valves Products 

  • Proactive and resilient to customer and maintain good relationship

  • Maintaining and updating database sales and customer records

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client ensuring excellent customer service and statisfaction

  • Provide essential support to Sales Team, report and other technical related activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum academic required is D3, S1 MECHANICAL ENG / INDUSTRIAL ENG is preferable

  • Good Speak/Writing in English

  • Minimum year experiences is 4-5 years

  • Knowledge of  Piping & Valves Products

  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer care and support

  • Strong leadership and management skills

  • High motivated and have good conduct of behavior

  • Willing to travel within Indonesia

  • Able to work in team,energic,strong negotiation skill and presentation
