Tenant Relations Officer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Tenant Relations Officer to join our team at PT Kartika Sari Indonesias property portfolio in Lembang, West Java. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our tenants, ensuring their needs are met and maximising tenant satisfaction.

What youll be doing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all tenant inquiries, requests and concerns, addressing them promptly and professionally

• Proactively monitor tenant accounts, follow up on late payments, and work with tenants to resolve any issues

• Assist with the coordination of building maintenance, repairs and renovations to ensure a well-maintained and attractive property

• Organize and participate in tenant events and activities to foster a sense of community and enhance the tenant experience

• Communicate regularly with tenants to understand their needs and provide updates on property operations

• Collaborate with the property management team to implement strategies that improve tenant retention and satisfaction

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records and documentation

What were looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or tenant relations role within the commercial real estate industry

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of tenants

• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations effectively

• Proficient in using property management software and other relevant technology tools

• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service

• Familiarity with commercial lease agreements, property management procedures and applicable regulations

• Willing to be placed in our office in Lembang
