Trade Finance Officer (bank) (JT)

1. Daily Trade Operations monitoring & follow-up of transactions with Business Units or customers in accordance to the agreed service standard

2. Perform reconciliation of transactions

3. Daily monitoring of FX contracts

4. Perform daily call back verification

5. Perform checking of Trade invoices & shipping documents

6. Perform data entry for AML/EWSS check

7. Perform maker role for collection of fees

8. Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

9. Answer in-scope enquiries from internal and /or external customers

10. Other operational & administrative functions

Requirements

• Diploma/degree holder, ideally comes with relevant experience in banking operations.

• Knowledge of Trade Finance Products / Processes would be an advantage.

• Dedicated, self-motivated and a team player.

• Meticulous and detailed oriented.

• Capable of work effectively under pressure.

• Good interpersonal skills.
