In this shore-based role, youll lead the training and development of officers serving on bulk carriers. Your responsibilities will include conducting navigational briefings, simulator assessments, and onboard visits to deliver hands-on training and prepare vessels for inspections. Youll play a key role in mentoring senior officers, supporting promotion readiness, and guiding cadetship programs to ensure the next generation of crew meet the highest standards of bulk carrier operations.
Key Requirements Former Master Mariner at least 1 year of sailing experience in rank.
