Training Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a talented Training Supervisor to join our dynamic team at PT. Combine Will Industrial Indonesia. As a Training Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of training programs that support the growth and performance of our employees. This is a full-time position based in Sragen, Central Java.

What youll be doing

• Designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive training programs that address the skill gaps and development needs of our workforce

• Delivering engaging and effective training sessions on a range of topics, including but not limited to technical skills, soft skills, and compliance

• Coordinating with departmental managers to identify training requirements and ensure training aligns with business objectives

• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, and making improvements as needed

• Maintaining detailed training records and providing regular reports on training activities and outcomes

• Staying up-to-date with the latest training methodologies and technologies to enhance the quality of our programs

• Providing coaching and mentoring support to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles

What were looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a training or learning and development role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to design and deliver engaging training programs

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to tailor training content to different audience needs

• Proficient in the use of training-related software and tools, such as learning management systems, authoring tools, and presentation software

• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret training data to drive continuous improvement

• Collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Relevant diploma or degree in human resources, training, or a related field
