Transfer & Experiences Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to costumer request
Handling the new booking (transfer & experiences direct to the clients)
Sending reservation to suppliers
Input the Daily Movement
Checking confirmed the arrival and departure transfer bookings.
Maintain relationship with customers.
Coordinate with other departments to accomplish bookings in every aspect.
Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met.
Strong, proactive follow - up skills and being able to administer and support Travel Policies.
Carry out duties as assigned by line manager and department head.
Requirements and qualifications:
Computer literate - word/ excel / Microsoft outlook
Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or tourism is preferred (travel agent)
Good knowledge of managing and maintaining a database.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good command of the English language both written and spoken.
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
Meet deadlines & ensure quick turnaround & data processing
