Transfer & Experiences Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to costumer request

  • Handling the new booking (transfer & experiences direct to the clients)

  • Sending reservation to suppliers

  • Input the Daily Movement

  • Checking confirmed the arrival and departure transfer bookings.

  • Maintain relationship with customers.

  • Coordinate with other departments to accomplish bookings in every aspect.

  • Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met.

  • Strong, proactive follow - up skills and being able to administer and support Travel Policies.

  • Carry out duties as assigned by line manager and department head.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Computer literate - word/ excel / Microsoft outlook

  • Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or tourism is preferred (travel agent)

  • Good knowledge of managing and maintaining a database.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Good command of the English language both written and spoken.

  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

  • Meet deadlines & ensure quick turnaround & data processing
