Video Content Specialist

PT Energi Kreasi Bersama (Electrum) | Jakarta | ID

Responsible for managing the end-to-end process of video content creation, including ideation, filming, editing, and publishing. This position will play a key role in showcasing Electrums branding, products, services, and events through engaging visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities : 1. Pre-Production:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop video concepts and scripts.
  • Plan shoots, including location scouting, equipment setup, and scheduling.
2. Production:
  • Shoot high-quality video content, including product demos (e.g., bikes and battery swapping process), interviews, testimonials, and events/webinars.
  • Ensure proper lighting, sound, and camera angles during shoots.
3. Post-Production:
  • Edit videos to create engaging content suitable for various platforms (e.g., social media, corporate website, and presentations).
  • Add effects, animations, and music, ensuring alignment with Electrums brand identity.
4. Photography:
  • Capture high-quality still images for promotional materials, product showcases, and social media.
5. Publishing:
  • Manage the video publishing process, including optimization for different platforms and audience engagement.
  • Bachelors degree (S1) from a reputable university in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication Design, or related fields.
  • Min. 3 years of experience in video production or a related role.
  • Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating a variety of video formats.
  • Demonstrated experience in content creation for B2B audiences.
  • Technical: Videography, photography, video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), basic motion graphics (After Effects), lighting, audio, and camera operation.
  • Creative: Strong storytelling, ability to simplify technical concepts into engaging visuals.
  • Soft: Excellent time management, communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or with teams.
  • Have exceptional and demonstrated written and verbal language skills (both Indonesian and English)
  • Male candidates are preferred.
