VILLA MANAGER

Qualifications:

1. Have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar position in a hotel or villa.
2. English proficiency, both verbal and written
3. Guest services-oriented.
4. Able to interact with guests, employees, and third parties.
5. Good at leadership and communication.
6. Good personality and attitude.
7. Well-groomed, motivated, and a team player.
8. Have an experience in Management.
9. Able to join immediately.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Constantly review and appraise the procedures within the staff to ensure quality service at all times.
2. Monitor the staffs skills.
3. Conduct regular briefings with the department staff, ensuring good communication at all times.
4. Ensure overtime within the department is minimized and authorized.
5. Ensure all areas in the department are scheduled with staff in accordance with business demand.
6. Encourage good communication between your team members.
7. Other duties as directed by the management
