Villa Manager

PT Coastal Grand Villas is a newly established and fast-growing real estate company.

We are looking for an outstanding Villa Manager who is passionate about turning and keeping our properties to the highest standards.

Villa Manager duties and responsibilities

● Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning, including housekeeping, maintenance, security, and landscaping.

● Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.

● Address guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

● Manage villa budgets, including cost control for operations and maintenance.

● Conduct regular inspections to ensure the villa is in excellent condition.

● Act as the primary point of contact between management and villa owners, ensuring they are informed about the propertys status and operations.

● Collaborate with owners to incorporate their preferences and suggestions into the villas upgrade and maintenance plan.

Villa Manager requirements

• Proven working experience as Villa Manager with at least 2 years of experience

• Working experience in the hospitality Industry

• Understanding of Property Maintenance

• Proficiency in English and multilingualism will be considered an asset

• Strong leadership

• Highly responsible and reliable
