The Opportunity

Kafin Indonesia, a renowned hospitality group in Bali, is seeking an experienced All Rounder to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and contributing to the smooth operation of our renowned venues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring their dining and drinking experiences are exceptional
  • Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards
  • Assist with food preparation as needed, collaborating with the kitchen team
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide recommendations to customers on menu items and beverage pairings
  • Participate in inventory management and stock control
  • Support the team in any other duties as required to ensure the successful operation of the venue

    • What Were Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar All Rounder or bartender role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a memorable dining experience
  • Proficiency in preparing a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Knowledge of food and beverage pairing principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
