Apex Property is a young and ambitious property management and real estate company based in Bali. We specialize in villa sales and full-service property management across the highly desirable areas of Seseh, Cemagi, and Pererenan. With a growing portfolio and high client expectations, we are now seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our daily operations and drive excellence across the team.

As our Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the entire operational structure of the business - from managing cleaning and maintenance staff to ensuring our digital listings are up to date and our guests leave with a smile (and a 5-star review). This is a senior-level, hands-on role that requires leadership, flexibility, and deep experience in property or hospitality operations.

• Team Leadership & Scheduling:Create and manage staff schedules for cleaners, maintenance, and office support.Motivate and guide the team to maintain high performance standards.Hire, onboard, and train new staff as needed.

• Guest Experience Management:Oversee guest messaging and ensure fast, friendly responses.Handle last-minute issues and guest requests to ensure smooth stays.Drive high occupancy and top-tier reviews across all properties.

• Platform Management:Manage and update all property listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and other platforms.Monitor calendar accuracy, pricing, and listing content.Ensure all financials and payout accounts are set correctly.

• Performance & Reporting:Monitor occupancy rate and identify actions to optimize it.Work closely with the owners to report on staff performance and operational needs.Be available on-call when needed - operations dont stop at 5pm.

• 3+ years of experience in hospitality, property management, or villa operations in Bali.

• Proven leadership and scheduling skills.

• Strong knowledge of Airbnb, Booking.com, and hospitality platforms.

• Great communication in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a big plus).

• Able to work independently, solve problems, and lead a team with clarity and confidence.

• Flexible and available on standby - including weekends and off-hours as needed.
