seeking a Villa Manager to lead the daily operations and were looking for someone who shares our values of respect, efficiency, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities• Full operational management of the villa complex• Increase occupancy rates and improve service quality• Lead a team scheduling, motivation, hiring• Oversee communication with tenants, owners, and contractors• Ensure high standards in housekeeping and front office• Monthly reporting and basic P&L management
Requirements• 3+ years of experience in villa/hotel management• Fluent English (Upper Intermediate+)• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills• Proficiency in CRM, PMS, and Excel• Experience working with local staff and foreign guests• Nice to have: languages, experience launching projects from scratch, understanding of leasehold in Indonesia
Conditions• Official employment from month one• Health insurance (basic)• 1-year contract with extension option• Overtime compensated• Relocation support available
