Warehouse Contract logistic Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Bachelors degree in Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.

• More than 5 years of experience as Warehouse/Operations Manager in a logistics company.

• Competent in Strategic Planning and Budget Control.

• Strong ability to multi-task.

• Ability to lead and manage a team, including hiring, training, and developing employees.

• Ability in planning and organizing warehouse operations to achieve optimal efficiency.

• Ability to make quick and appropriate decisions to overcome operational challenges that arise in the warehouse.

• Ability to communicate well with various parties, including operational teams, other departments, as well as vendors and customers.

• Good analytical skills to identify problems in logistics and warehouse management processes and formulate practical solutions.

• Ability to work with details and ensure data accuracy in stock management.

• Have a strong leadership attitude and able to guide the team in achieving the set targets.

• Good work ethics, punctual, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
