We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store or Warehouse Manager to join our growing team.

Job Overview

Oversees all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. 

Manage inventory, staff and systems to maintain productivity, safety, and overall warehouse efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Tracking and managing inventory levels. 

• Warehouse Operations and Team Supervising.

• Implementing and enforcing safety regulations and procedures to create a safe working environment. 

• Maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, as well as inventory levels. 

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members, suppliers, and customers.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a clean and organized warehouse.

• Ensuring a positive customer experience, addressing complaints, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. 

• Maintaining a clean, well-organized, and visually appealing store. 

• Analyzing sales data, creating reports, and identifying areas for improvement. 

Education and Qualifications:

• Degrees in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, engineering or a related field can enhance candidates qualifications. 

• A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a warehouse (manufacturing company), ideally in a supervisory or managerial role, is essential. 

• Fluency in English is a must (speak and write)

• Proven experience in leading, motivating, and managing a team within a warehouse setting.
