Warehouse Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: Manage all aspects of warehouse activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, optimizing workflows, and resolving issues promptly.

• Manage inventory and quality control: Develop and implement inventory control systems, conduct regular audits, and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels.

• Lead and develop warehouse team: Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff, define responsibilities, set team goals, and conduct performance evaluations.

• Ensure safety and compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and maintain compliance with company and industry standards.

• Optimize logistics and cost efficiency: Coordinate with transportation and suppliers for timely delivery, analyze operational data to identify improvements, and implement cost-saving measures.

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written): Essential for effective communication with internal teams, suppliers, and potentially clients, ensuring smooth operational coordination.

• 7-8 years experience in warehouse management: Demonstrated ability to oversee daily operations, optimize processes, and ensure efficient warehouse flow.

• Strong inventory control expertise: Skilled in developing and executing inventory management systems, conducting accurate stock counts, and resolving discrepancies.

• Leadership and team management skills: Capable of building, training, and motivating a warehouse team, setting clear objectives, and managing performance.

• Proficiency in safety and compliance: Thorough understanding and application of warehouse safety regulations and operational best practices.

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities: Adept at analyzing operational data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions for logistics and cost optimization.
