HeyRCG is a Marketing and Consultancy Agency, working to hero the growth and development of businesses. Based in South Yarra and Umalas, our team works as an extension of our clientele, investing ourselves in allowing people to thrive.

The role will entail:

  • Building, maintaining, and optimising websites across multiple platforms (WordPress, Shopify, custom builds)
  • Front-end development including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Vue
  • Back-end development, including API integrations and database management
  • Managing website speed optimisation, mobile responsiveness, and user experience
  • Conducting website audits and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices
  • Ensuring website security and compliance with industry standards
  • Managing development and other projects in collaboration with other teams using Asana
  • Providing training where required to other teams

Skills and experience

4+ years of experience as a Web Developer

In-depth knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, and other popular CMS platforms

Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams

Experience with project management tools like Notion

Highly organised and detail-oriented

Fluent English
