Health Club Attendant

As a Health Club Attendant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our guests and members in their commitment to healthy living through your professional service and comprehensive knowledge of our facilitys offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a professional welcome to guests entering the Health Club, ensuring their safety and optimal experience throughout their visit
  • Maintain the integrity of the weight and cardiovascular fitness areas by rigorously monitoring equipment cleanliness, functionality, and adherence to facility guidelines
  • Proactively inform guests and members about all available programs and activities, emphasizing their potential benefits
  • Deliver precise instruction on equipment usage and provide essential fitness information to ensure proper and safe utilization of facilities
  • Meticulously maintain attendance records and enforce strict registration protocols for all facility users
Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year experience in a similar role at a 5-star international chain hotel
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • CPR and First Aid level 1 certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and exercise techniques
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
