  • Conduct, analyze and review requirements gathering from stakeholders to understand pain point
  • Translate business requirements and functional specifications into technical specifications and ensure that implementations meet specifications and quality standards
  • Design complex business process and data models with multiple domains and layers
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of implementation
  • Collaborate across Service Management, release management, Core Support and Development and software testing teams
  • Act as a consultant/advisor to others analysts
  • Minimum Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor (S1) of Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience IT Business Analyst in Financial industry - in insurance will be preferred
  • Insurance Knowledge : Basic and Moderate
  • Language Proficiency : English Basic and English Fluent
  • Technical Knowledge : Data Analyst/Mapping and Basic SQL Query
