- S1 Semua jurusan
- Memahami proses sourcing dan seleksi
- Mampu berpikir analitis & konseptual
- Min 3 - 5 tahun dibidang Rekrutmen
- Memiliki koneksi yang luas dan terbiasa membangun koneksi dengan pihak eksternal seperti : Kampus, Sekolah, Disnaker, Komunitas dll
- Penempatan Semarang atau Surabaya
Detail Pekerjaan :
- Koordinasi dengan dept. sourcing pusat dalam mengelola sourcing kandidat untuk area (Jateng, DIY, Jatim, Bali, NTB, NTT, Sulawesi, Palu, dan Makassar)
- Melakukan pemenuhan kebutuhan tenaga kerja sesuai dengan jumlah permintaan dan kualifikasi
- Menganalisa kebutuhan kandidat untuk seluruh kebutuhan di area tersebut- Bertanggungjawab dalam aktifitas sourcing, proses screening kandidat yang nantinya dilanjutkan ke area
- Bersedia support secara langsung (Perjalanan Dinas)
