RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare and provide legal opinions, legal advisory, and interpretation services to management and employees to ensure statutory compliance with existing laws and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and review agreements and other legal documents such as agreements with suppliers, distribution, toll manufacturing, and insurance policies
  • Liaise with related parties to ensure that agreements and legal documents are promptly acted upon
  • Process and monitor all necessary approvals and licenses for relevant business activities
  • Updating the progress related to legal agreements and other legal documents in the document library
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team, including preparing reports, and necessary documents and assisting with litigation processes when required

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors degree in Law with a minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Staff in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry would be an advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory law and legal aspects
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Demonstrated discipline and integrity
  • Proficient in computer literacy and technologically savvy
  • Willing to be placed in Head Office - Jakarta
