Job Description:
- To achieve companys sales target (budget, profit, new development, new customer).
- To visit customer and prospect regularly to identify their need of packaging.
- To make communication with customers to follow up their orders placed and to deliver satisfied services to customers (such as delivering a competitive price, clear schedules, properly quality issue handling)
- To support customers in developing new products and encourage the customers to place orders of new products.
- To make intensive communication with other department to ensure that the orders will be delivered on time and in full quantity.
- To calculate profitable price of products in coordination with Accounting team and to submit quotation to customers both of existing products and new projects.
- To support finance team in payment collection.
- To arrange regular reports : weekly visit, daily delivery report, weekly sales update, monthly sales report.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree of Economics, Business Management, Linguistic, Engineering or any major related.
- Working experience in sales / marketing min 3+ years as Sales or Translator for other function related to Sales or Account Management
- Fluent in English & Mandarin (HSK 3 is preferred)
- Handle B2B market.
- Good in selling technique, negotiation and administration.
- Will require 2 Headcounts to be based at Tangerang
