Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis baru, segmen pasar, dan produk potensial.
  • Membangun dan menjaga hubungan yang kuat dengan pelanggan, mitra, dan pemangku kepentingan utama.
  • Melakukan analisis pasar dan pesaing untuk mengembangkan wawasan strategis.
  • Meneliti kebutuhan dan preferensi pelanggan guna menciptakan solusi yang sesuai.
  • Mengembangkan proyeksi penjualan dan perkiraan pendapatan untuk mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis.
  • Memimpin proses onboarding pelanggan baru serta peluncuran produk.
  • Memastikan implementasi dan adopsi produk serta layanan baru berjalan dengan sukses.

Kualifikasi Minimum:

  • Gelar Sarjana di bidang Bisnis, Pemasaran, atau bidang terkait.
  • Pengalaman 1-3 tahun di bidang penjualan lapangan.
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di mana saja.
  • Berpengalaman di industri elektronik konsumen.
  • Memiliki keterampilan analitis yang kuat dan pemahaman pasar.
  • Berorientasi pada pelanggan dengan keterampilan komunikasi dan manajemen hubungan yang sangat baik.
  • Mahir dalam penggunaan CRM dan perencanaan penjualan.
  • Fasih dalam komunikasi lisan dan tulisan dalam bahasa Inggris.
  • Memiliki SIM A / SIM C yang masih berlaku.
