Jobdesc:

- Membantu outlet ritel dalam menjual stok Rokok SAAT dengan berinteraksi langsung dengan konsumen.

- Melakukan sampling rokok SAAT, di mana SPG akan meminta konsumen mencoba produk kami dan mengumpulkan feedback balik.

- Setiap SPG bekerja selama 8 jam per hari dalam jam kerja reguler (20-30 menit per outlet)

- Setiap SPG akan diberikan target sampling/penjualan per hari dan akan mendapatkan insentif berdasarkan pencapaian.

Persyaratan:

- Berpenampilan menarik & idealnya memiliki pengalaman sebelumnya sebagai SPG rokok/produk FMCG lainnya.

- Bersedia bekerja dengan mobilitas tinggi di lapangan untuk mengunjungi outlet-outlet di area yang ditugaskan.

- Sebaiknya memiliki kendaraan bermotor sendiri.

Benefit:

- Gaji Pokok UMK Setempat.

- Tunjangan Komunikasi Pulsa : Rp. 100.000,- Perbulan

- Kontrak PKWT (ada THR dan Kompensasi)

- Insentif ada jika achieve target.
