Wellness by Solace is a premier wellness brand in Indonesia, specializing in luxury wellness equipment and bespoke solutions for both residential and commercial clients. We are seeking a highly driven Inbound Sales Representative to engage and convert warm leads into sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Who Were Looking For:

✔ Proven experience in inbound sales, engaging leads via phone, email, and chat.✔ Background in wellness, luxury products, or high-value sales preferred.✔ Track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.✔ Fluent in English and Indonesian, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.✔ Proficient in CRM systems for tracking and managing leads.✔ Based in Bali or willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Engage with inbound leads via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.✔ Build rapport and guide prospects through the sales process to secure deals.✔ Present products in the showroom when necessary, providing in-person consultations.✔ Handle objections and provide tailored solutions to close sales.✔ Maintain accurate sales records and customer interactions in the CRM system.✔ Collaborate with the team to improve sales processes and maximize lead conversion.
