About the Role
We're looking for anE-Commerce Operations staffto joinBisatumbuhfor a3-month periodto cover maternity leave. This role is essential to keep daily operations running smoothly across our marketplace stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day store operations on Shopee, TikTok Shop - Tokopedia, Lazada, & Blibli.
- Ensure product listings, stock, and pricing are accurate and updated.
- Coordinate with warehouse and finance teams for order fulfillment and reconciliation.
- Support campaign setup, voucher configuration, and promotional uploads.
- Monitor store performance metrics and assist in reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations (Shopee/Tokopedia/TikTok preferred).
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
- Good Excel skills and understanding of online store dashboards.
- Available for a 3-month full-time contract (maternity leave cover) .
