Main Responsibilities

1. Act as a bridge between business users and IT teams by understanding business needs and translating them into effective IT application solutions.

2. Provide application and functional support to the Holding Perusahaan and Business Units to ensure stable and efficient system operations.

3. Analyze, design, and recommend system enhancements or process improvements aligned with business objectives.

4. Conduct application testing, troubleshooting, and monitoring to ensure solutions meet business and operational requirements.

5. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support application implementation, enhancement, and issue resolution.

6. Prepare and maintain system documentation, business process flows, user manuals, and solution reports.

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Perusahaan from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems.

2. Experience or strong understanding of business applications, enterprise systems, databases, and system integration.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess business processes and propose effective IT solutions.

4. Good communication and stakeholder management skills

5. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
