Main Responsibilities

1. Prepare and maintain pricing data, cost calculations, and commercial documents in accordance with Perusahaan policies and approved margins.

2. Support the preparation of quotations, pricing sheets, and commercial proposals based on inputs from internal stakeholders.

3. Coordinate with related departments (Sales, Finance, Procurement, Operations) to ensure pricing accuracy and data consistency.

4. Maintain and update commercial records, contracts, price lists, and supporting documents in a structured and traceable manner.

5. Assist in monitoring price validity, contract terms, and commercial agreements to ensure compliance with agreed conditions.

6. Provide administrative support for commercial activities, including reporting, documentation, and data reconciliation.
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Perusahaan from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. Experience or strong understanding of pricing administration, cost calculation, or commercial documentation.

3. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy, especially in pricing and data preparation.

4. Good coordination and communication skills to work effectively with multiple internal departments.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools; experience with ERP or pricing systems is an advantage.

6. Well-organized, analytical, and able to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy.
