Role Summary:

-You will be placed in either Legal/Social Security License/HR department.-Follow the established procedures and guidelines of the legal profession to provide timely and effective support to a legal and HR team.-Yearly training of Sumatra Law Center is provided.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and, where required, translate, correspondence, legal contracts, letters of agreement, and other legal documents.• Organize and oversee legal files and materials .• Monitoring new application and expiry/renewal of product and corporate trademarks.• To liaise with External Counsel on Power of Attorneys required, declaration of use, etc.• To liaise closely with authorities and licensing bodies for all licensing requirements.

• Performs functions related to human resources activities including recruitment and selection, training and development, remuneration, etc.

• Maintain employee records (attendance, personal information, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:• A degree in Law• Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage.• Willing to relocate to the job location.
