• Academic Operation Associate
• Academic Officer (Menlo Park School)
• Academic Officer (Schoters)
• Academic Officer (Work Abroad Academy)

• Collaborate with various departments to coordinate and execute academic programs.
• Assist in the planning and organization of academic teams activities.
• Analyzing students score, attendance, and assignments
• Doing, planning, and evaluating the required intervention to make sure students are succeed in the program
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date academic records and data.
• Contribute to the improvement of operational workflows within the academic sphere.
• Participate in the development and enhancement of tutoring policies and procedures.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students and tutors.
• Stay updated with trends in education and suggest innovative ideas for continuous improvement.

• Bachelors degree in Education, Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping.
• Proficiency in using productivity tools and software for data management.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic and evolving educational setting.
• Passion for contributing to students academic success.
• Scholarship hunter is a plus point.
